Questions Breeders Might Ask

Breeders may ask questions or request a completion of a questionnaire to determine the right home for the puppy. Questions may include the purpose in wanting a puppy, where the dog will eat and sleep, safety of the home environment (crate, exercise pen, kennel, fenced yard), current family members, and personal experience in raising a puppy. Answer these questions honestly. Your breeder uses this information to place puppies in the best homes possible, according to their individual temperament and other qualities.
