To become a Full Member an individual must be eighteen years of age or older, a citizen or legal resident of the United States, In good standing with the AKC, and have written endorsement of two members in good standing of the AWSC.

Anyone may become an Associate Member. Associate Members may not hold office or vote on club matters. There is no waiting period or endorsement requirement to join as an Associate Member.
