Kentuckiana Cluster

2023 Kentuckiana Cluster, Louisville, Kentucky American Water Spaniels and the AWSC were well represented at the
Kentuckiana Cluster in Louisville, Kentucky.
The dates for the show were March 16-19, 2023, with supported entries, on March 17 & 18 by the AWSC. For the conformation events there were 15 dogs entered on Thursday and Sunday and a whooping 17 dogs on Friday and Saturday! In admiton to the conformation events, many of the AWS’ participated in FastCAT, Barn Hunt, Dock Diving, and the AKC National Owner-Handled Series. With over 4,000 dogs and their humans in attendance, it was a tremendous success for the breed with many of the attendees stating that, “they had never seen an American Water Spaniel before” or that, “they had never seen that may before”.
